At the end of August 2025, PT Kapal Listrik Internasional officially launched the ELECTRO Series – E-Pilot Boat and Saalima08 at Pantai Mutiara Pier, Jakarta. The Saalima08 is a fishing boat powered by dual WAVE 70+ electric outboards and dual SI-60 batteries from ExploMar, supplied through PT Komponen and Apollo Marine, dealer and distributor of ExploMar in Indonesia. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to experience a sea trial, witnessing first-hand the smooth, quiet, and powerful performance of the Saalima08 on the water.
ExploMar Sales Director Jonathan Wang joined the launch, delivering a brief on-site training session and sharing his thoughts: ‘It’s an honor to see the Saalima08 taking to the water with ExploMar’s electric outboard system. This launch not only showcases the reliability and performance of our WAVE motors and SI battery platform, but also represents a meaningful step for Indonesia’s clean energy journey.
